Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information. Most orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days, however, please reference individual products for current shipping lead times. Shipping times vary, and carrier delays are out of our control. Please allow up to 3 weeks for items being shipped via USPS First-Class Mail to be received.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.

Return Policy

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or the wrong item shipped. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact sophia@thepaintgrind.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that used/opened items cannot be returned for any reason.
